Event Day at a Glance (8 AM – 4 PM)

• 8:00 – Arrival & Check-In: registration, welcome packets, opening prayer and blessing from the host pastor

• 9:00 – Orientation & Track Split: resume clinic and mock interviews (15–17) · housing resources and job readiness (18–22)

• 10:00 – Employer Expo: 10-minute conversations at certified employer booths, stamped passport

• 12:00 – Lunch & Mentor Matching: catered by the host church; every youth meets their coach

• 1:00 – Interviews & Offer Letters: on-site interviews; goal of 10 conditional offers per event
